Seed-Oil Free Restaurants in Fredericksburg, TX

My family eats this way. Beef tallow, real butter, olive oil, avocado oil, the fats people cooked with for generations before seed oils took over every menu. It matters to us, and I know it matters to a lot of you too.

So I did the legwork. I reached out to restaurants all over Fredericksburg to find out who's actually cooking with real fats and who isn't. No guessing, no assuming based on a menu description. I asked directly, and this list is built from what I heard back.

Here's every restaurant in town I could verify as seed-oil free, sorted by category so you can find your next go-to fast.

I personally reached out to every restaurant on this list to confirm how they cook. If your favorite spot isn't here, it's either because they told me seed oils are part of their kitchen, or they didn't respond to my questions. This list only includes what I could verify.

Know a spot that should be on here? Send it my way, I'm always looking to add to the list.

Cheers,

Doug
